Some merchants have a long validation period as they check for returns and credit card fraud. Now that we are driving huge volumes of sales to our partner retailers we are getting improvements from the slower paying stores by telling them that if they don't fasten up their approval process we will remove them from Cashrewards. We've still got a lot more conversations to have in 2016 and this is a huge focus for us next year. We want to get our members paid fast. We know how important fast approvals and payments are to ensure Cashback is properly valued by our community.
In response to your query re sales being rejected this should not be the case without valid reason i.e exclusive coupon used that was not advertised on Cashrewards or on the store website or items returned etc. Let me know the details Mrbillions and we will look into it.
