Hi everyone, I'm wondering if there is a way to access Choice magazine and website for free for NSW residents. This link shows it is available for Melbourne library users: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/215205
However, I am living in Sydney, so aren't eligible. I am currently a member of Sydney Library, Canada Bay library and the ACT library. All provide access to e-magazines, but I can't find Choice in their offerings.
Any help or pointers appreciated.
Free Access to Choice Magazine - NSW

Anyone can sign up to the Melbourne Library. I live in Perth and currently have free access to the Choice magazine through that deal you linked.
how did you get around this:
"Joining the library online is only available to Victorian residents
When you receive your confirmation letter login to your library account and submit the code on the My Account - Personal Details page."There was no letter when I joined, it was just an email. Perhaps they've changed it now…
You could always subscribe.
Choice won't be around for long if no one is prepared to pay for their work.
You think the Library gets access for free?
Taxes -> Library -> Choice
I can't see where taxes have anything to do with the OP's question.
I just pointed out that if people get Choice articles without paying for them, then Choice won't be able to carry on with their work.
No need to read anything else into it.
People pay taxes, the Library is funded by those taxes, Choice is paid by the library.
cant really help but ask the library itself when you visit.
There's heaps of things Libraries offer and just asking is all thats needed.
