Best iPhone Photo Editing App

I'm wanting suggestions of any good iPhone apps for photo editing and effects. There are lots of them out there, and it's really hard to go through the reviews of each and work out if they're worthwhile. Doesn't have to be a FREE App - I don't mind paying for quality.

  Snapseed - free
  VSCO - free
  Camera+ - $4.49

  Those are the three apps I've always seen praised, snapseed being one of the better organic editors.
