Hi guys, I was using F-Secure freedom for torrent downloads but the 6 months free version is expiring soon. Is there a good VPN I could use for free that offers unlimited bandwidth? I have been hearing this phrase a lot in relation to free VPN, "if the product is offered free then you are the product". But is there a VPN I can use safely? Thanks in advance.

Don't think any free VPN will allow torrenting due to it being high demand..
Private Internet Access have unlimited bandwidth also which is good..

Have no idea how good it is for torrenting, even if I did buy a year, Im only on mobile broadband and blah blah.
I downloaded a torrent through it and got 1.4meg a second and the highest I ever go to is 1.6meg so maybe its not that bad?
I dont down much anymore (a mate gets most my stuff) and usually just use https://bitport.io/ , good for anything below 1gig, got the vpn for when I go over 1gig (alot at the moment with all the data specials), plus it was only 15 and I was curious.
Unfortunately, no. Not unlimited bandwidth anyway. Even with paid VPN services, it's difficult to find unlimited bandwidth. I suggest you consider paying a bit each month for a service like Private Internet Access.
