Some people prefer width over length height
That's what OP's mum said.
She told you that? Insulting.
@arcticfox007: It was strapped to my forehead, I did the best i could.
Great monitor picked it up on Saturday from msy ($259) it didn't take me long to get used to the extra width, picture and colours are great. keep in mind it doesn't have built in speakers.
Went to go and purchase the monitor but the delivery charges were:
$21.80 Nationwide Delivery
$72.43 Nationwide Express
Optional:
$3.75 - Mwave Transit Cover
There was no option for a physical pickup (as some online shops have) so I decided to not go ahead with the purchase. Pity as it would have been a nice extra for my existing 34" LG curved Ultrawide and 22" Viewsonic old LCD.
you can pickup - once you're in the checkout page, just enter a shipping address anyway.
Have to type it in to get to the next page, which has an option for free pickup from mwave warehouse
Thanks! I'll check it out tonight.
Good deal, though I couldn't stand this size. I have Dell 29" ultra wide and it isn't exactly huge. Preferred my old 27" in 16:9 aspect ratio.
Looking forward to one day be rich enough for 34
I need a 29" ultrawide
howbout a 34" ultrawide?
your wish has been granted, although a month later

Keep in mind that these are fairly short height wise (almost the height of a 16:9 19-20" monitor).
