You can watch Hindi, Tamil, Punjabi, Romanian, Polish, African French, African English, and more languages are coming.
So as I said,
"for the subscription do you chose either Hindi or Tamil package?""Where's the list of the 150 channels?"
I dont think they're unreasonable questions & answering might encourage people to subscribe. Although your snarly attitude below doesn't inspire any confidence in getting customer service of any kind.
You choose one package as you main package and can watch content from other packages also. There are 14 languages, every language has its own list of channels. They are on the website https://www.lebara.com/au/en/lebara-has/services/play/live-t…. Starting a question with "wtf" is not reasonable and acceptable. We provide excellent customer service to "Our customers"
@LebaraPlay: ok obviously you're having a bad day.
I still don't quite understand how it works, but if you're the comapny rep, then I don't think I'd like to establish a relationship with your company@supabrudda: It is an IPTV STB which comes with 12 months subscription. Once you turn on first time after connecting to Internet and TV, it asks you to register. Upon registration it will ask you to choose/set you main language which you watch all the time. If you want to watch content from other than your main language you go into user preference area and select the additional languages you want to watch. After initial 12 months subscription customer will have option to pay month by month or buy 12 months package.
I hope this clarifies for you.
seems, they using YUPP TV service
Lebara Play is a multi-national company and well known Brand in Australia. How you can say Lebara is using Yupp TV service ?
Its like saying Telstra is using Vodafone Lol .sorry if my comment offended you
But ur service seems similar to provided by Yupp TV or other TV box set up with more languages ( targeted mainly to migrants) with bottomless pit of serials and movies.
It may be bargain for few but package pricing is not that great.
If I were to compare your service, would have done with Stan, Presto, Netflix but lebara play is no way near to them.

http://dumaxtv.com.au/No comparison between pirated, illegal services and world class 100% legal service. I hope you know the difference. see the link to know who is legal and who is pirate . http://www.zeetvme.com/piracy.php
http://www.zeetvme.com/piracy.php, who are they ? where they based ?
@Baahubali: They are based in different part of the world but sell in the Australian market. Company which looses biggest revenue because of these pirates is Zee Tv hence they have complied the list.
Your response is bit rude. You need to demonstrate how your product is better, not make comparisons.
Comparison is the best way to show what's the difference between Lebara Play and other products out there.
Piracy is the biggest rudeness and menace . http://www.zeetvme.com/piracy.php
So how it is different to Yupp tv. it look like selling same stuff, just more cost?
Enjoy up to 4K quality, Re-Chargeable Bluetooth remote control, Easy QWERTY keyboard, Quality of service, streaming and content are the big differences. Yupp TV does not have Turkish, Romanian, polish, African …..
Toyota and BMW are not same stuff. So Mr sarcastic newbie rep… up to 4k means nothing. It pretty much relates to, I have 100 channels, 500 movies, and only 1 movie is 4k, rest is shot in a potato camera from a tv screen or movie hall.
What is someone going to use the QWERTY keyboard for? It's not a messaging app. Unless your program scheduler can't properly organize content that someone has to search using a search box.
Why would I pay for another device to be running and using up electricity. And another remote to mess around with? With streaming services being available through pretty much everyone, you come up with a brand new set top box. Oh wow….welcome to the world of 2000 I guess?
Access over 3000 movies, care to share the list please?
One of a kind streaming device….but still makes me use a STB.
Oh and wtf is remote audio capability? The remote acts like a speaker? The STB is a ventriloquist?
I guess you are right, a crappy lemon BMW with way more running cost and an economical and cheap to run Toyota are not the same thing.
I think I speak for many, we don't need a sarcastic rep and his $10 discount for a STB here in OZB. Please take it elsewhere.
I hope you know the difference between QuickFlix and Netflix ?. I assume you asked the Airline staff also wtf is the keyboard for ? behind the inflight Ent system remote control. In Lebara Play its for future chat, banking services and more…
@LebaraPlay: I am sorry I forgot to install the hyper-mind reading module which traces your brainwaves to tell me about your future plans, and that I can trust a set top box with my banking details…sorry, my bad. What about QuickFlix and Netflix? I am sorry, are you trying to come up with more incomprehensible comparisons again?
@shadowarrior: So for you, 360p v/s 4K, 100% Legal v/s pirated etc. are not comparison criteria ? what you want to compare ?
@LebaraPlay: Did you just say that QuickFlix is illegal and every content in Netflix is 4K? This is getting interesting. Please go on…
@shadowarrior: I didn't say anything, I am writing and read what I have written. I am comparing Lebara Play v/s other ethnic community IPTV services. See the link for pirated services http://www.zeetvme.com/piracy.php .
@LebaraPlay: You just typed in your previous comment if I knew the difference between QuickFlix and Netflix…and then you asked me about comparison between 360p and 4k and legal vs pirated. Why did you bring up anything about Quickflix and Netflix then? Or is it another of your comparisons like the Toyota and BMW?
I am not really sure you even know what you are typing. Either your communication skill; specially forming comprehensive sentences; is very poor, or…. nah am sure that's the only probable cause.
@LebaraPlay: Rep, please don't be abusive. Have you ever used these words with Airline staff. Better change your attitude or you will loose mobile customers also.
@akd: Abusive were the words @shadowarrior used, "Oh and wtf is remote audio capability". Yes remote has a future function to acts as phone also for OTT voice. Apart from selling, my main aim is to educate people about piracy. I am sure Ozbargain has anti-piracy policy. http://www.zeetvme.com/piracy.php
nehi nehi
Shadow warrior, gee I hope you feel better after that, that'been building up for a while, relax take a deep breath,if this service is not for you which its not you haven't got to carry on like a pork chop.
Yeah you are not going to save a penny if you have that attitude though. :)
-tive from me for a rude rep! My first -tive!
Yeah, if the sales rep is like this, guess how their customer support is going to be after you have already paid them in full? :)
Best way to find out is try :)
I have a better way of finding out….give my money to a more friendly and deserving rep, and there's plenty of them here in OZB.
@shadowarrior: Sure you have choices. I hope not from this list http://www.zeetvme.com/piracy.php
@LebaraPlay: Is that the only url you know about? And why would I care what Zee middle East says, find me a link via zee tv main page.
Rep, with that attitude, care to take a guess as to how many subscriptions you're going get from OzB?
Darn!!! I think i am a bit to late to join the bandwagon am i?? I mean.. joining in the discussion, not joining the Lebara Play of course, because based on my experience(s) their sales rep and customer service were really rude.. let alone trying to understand what they were saying in the first place, and that might lit up the fire first if you guys understand what i was trying to imply here.
So for the subscription do you chose either Hindi or Tamil package?
Where's the list of the 150 channels?
