You might need to install a custom ROM. You didn't specify if your phone is the China-version with preinstalled Chinese apps or if it has been flashed with some international ROM.

You'll first have to start off with installing a custom recovery — TWRP and then head over to XDA developers to find a rom of your choosing. Instructions are usually included in the threads.

If its Greek keyboard that you want, there is SwiftKey which is free and supports Greek lang.

Root phone and then use app morelangs. I've got a rooted Meizu and with that app I added languages very easy
