Can you use it on PC?
You can most likely use it on a PC, although I have never tried myself. It should just be a standard USB controller?
If it has a USB connection then you a pc should recognize it just as it would a wired 360 controller - which are windows compatible.
If you stream the Xbox One to a Win10 PC, you can use the 360 controller like the one above to play Xbox One games.

The multiple videos on youtube show it is easy to mod - so buying some sanwa buttons and a new joystick will turn it into a cheap, high quality arcade stick. They aren't soldered on - so its easy to change the buttons

Great price for some generic fight sticks.
It's a pity they didn't slash the price on their Tournament edition sticks. They are still $189+ for the PS3/360. I have no idea when they expect to sell those. I was collecting them for a while, but then I lost interest, and dumped about 10 of them.
