FREE Regus 12 Month Preferred Membership with 5x Visits [ABN Required, Trust ABNs Work]

110

Can I even say Regus around these parts after the last "deal". While i'm still smarting from rejected gold membership, I am still posting this because I think it should work, they can't argue if you follow the steps below.

What you get, 12 month Preferred membership with:

  • 5 visits to over 1500 Regus Business Lounges worldwide plus
  • 10% discount on meeting room, day office, co-work office and videoconference bookings
  • Two complimentary business lounge guest passes
  • Earn 1,000 bonus Aquire Points on your first use of your Preferred membership card.

Ok, there are a few steps to this.

  1. Firstly you'll need an ABN, I don't recommend getting one for the purposes of this deal. However if you have one then great! Have multiple ABNs? swweeeeet, get as many cards as you have ABNs. The Regus registration seems to accept the ABN from a trust, if you also have one of those.
  2. (MIGHT BE OPTIONAL) Join Aquire for free here: https://www.aquire.com.au/join (current free joining expires 24th December)
  3. Register that same ABN here: http://www.regus.com.au/aquirespecialoffers

Notes on step 2. They may go back and check the Aquire registered ABNs against the preffered membership. They might not, but given Aquire is free right now it can't hurt. Given Regus' performance in cancelling memberships where people (including me) have signed up using a code for a product they don't have, I would recommend completing step 2.

pretty sure last time this deal happened they cancelled heaps of memberships that were registered.

    • I know. it's in the deal

However this one is a little different, and I don't think they can argue if you follow the steps. This time you're not using a code from a product that most of us don't have (A Diners business credit card). While I didn't like getting my membership rejected either, I'd classify the last deal as a Hack. Not so much of a deal.

  • A largely similar deal comprehensively failed last time.

Not biting the bullet again, sorry.

    No thanks. Never again.

  • What does 5 x visits mean? Do they mean a free access for 5 visit?

    • You get 5 visits free for the 12 months

      • I signed up for a previous offer that says it'll be 5 visits, but it turns out to be like a 'lifetime' and unlimited visits. Is it really unlimited visits?

        • what level of membership does it show you as? I signed up for the free gold, now when I log in online it says it's businessworld blue, which doesn't appear to be offered in Australia, looks like it doesn't include business lounge access

    • Free coffee and wifi.

      Free networking.

      Free hide out.

  • This looks old, logo is now diff and we are located in more then 3000 locations ( not the 1000 stated here ) I resigned yesterday so good luck guys!

    • Do you have insight about people who signed up prior?

      • Signed up a few years ago, for a free 1 year membership (which would of expired by now)
      • Log in to account says expiry is like 2060 or 2070 something

      Does this still work ?

    • What do you think? Are they likely to go back on this one? I've received my print out card and confirmation already

I can't see how they can reject it, as this time it should be easy to comply with their terms. Unlike last time.

      • Signed up for a 5 visits card but I've been visiting different lounges for way more than 5 times now. No problems at all!

I think this is unlimited for life until they cancel it. Hope not! fingers crossed

The lounges were of different sizes here in SG, some had a fridge with many drinks choices. Free I presume, but works on a honesty system.

No complains from me at all, since it's free! Great if you're travelling I guess. I've plotted out Regus lounges for my travels so that I can drop by for a quick coffee fix.

Who wouldn't love free coffee and a quiet place to settle? :)

  • I wonder how Bruce aka CPU is going?

    • Not sure, haven't seen him around since May.

  • Has anyone got a list of all the business lounge location on offer?

  • Regus is now well known for cancelling free memberships and this one is available only for ABN holders.

  • Be wary of
    Simon Randell
    Membership Director – Businessworld

    He cancelled memberships last time.

  • They are gonna be so sus when they get 5000+ memberships extra in a day.
But if we meet the criteria should be fine.

    • ABN holders only this time, barely 300 clicks.
