This is a fairly popular SUV. Has anyone in Vic just purchased this car and thought they got a good deal? I am thinking of getting this car to replace my old bomb but find the idea of going around the dealers haggling for the best price daunting. The RRP for this car is around $39K drive away. The first dealer I went to offer $36.5K drive away as their best price but took me a few hours and I left feeling exhausted from the haggling . I wasn't too happy with the ways the boss treated me and I don't want to go back there if possible. Is $36.5k the best price ( Vic).? This is my first time buying a new car. Most dealers don't want to give price over the phone and they want you to come in etc. I am ready to buy this car now. Thanks in advance for any inputs.
