Hitachi 18v Slide LiIon Grass trimmer or hedge trimmer bare tool $69 each plus shipping.
Note the Grass trimmer is the H4 model from 2012, current model is H5 but I don't know what the difference is, maybe the line spool? Suitable for light duty (grass) only.
Ideal for those who bought the Hitachi tool kits from Masters as I did.

Shipping for one item to Melbourne is ~$25, Sydney $38, but still makes these cheaper than other places and they are large items.

Hedge shears are around $150 to $170 elsewhere and the grass trimmer (H5) is $250 to $280.

  Lol I bought these exact 2 items the other day, and I have purchased quite a few other Hitachi 18v gear. The $10 led lamps are crap but everything else is quality. Have not received the hedge and grass trimmer yet though.

    Yeah, i paid 120$ for Shipping of the hedge and grass trimmer, but still cheaper than anything else i could find.

  Ordered both. Cheap even with the $43.00 shipping. Their site must be taking a hammering. I ended up ordering via their mobile page.

  Dropped them an email to ask if they could reduce the shipping (Thought i'd try my luck).
  Got a call back saying they reduced the dimensions of the automated shipping calculator!
  As a result, the shipping to WA (originally 120+) was only 69. This was for both tools.

  I'm thinking this would benefit everyone though?
