  • Please don't buy anything from Chinese websites. You'll lose both patience and respect when they go belly up and then comes the appreciation and hindsight of how worthy an Australian warranty really is.

TGG had the Moto G3 for $269 a few weeks ago, now it's $336 I think. That is quite a decent handset doing the rounds lately.

  • +1

OnePlus One is fantastic, I paid $550 for mine around its launch. It has virtually the same specs as the LG G3 but it was $300 cheaper than it when I bought mine. Phone is still going strong :) I'm running CM12 stable builds on mine.

  • I bought this for my daughter & it's been fantasic. Smooth all the way around & no bloatware. You can get a case or billfold cover at amazon, too.

I bought it from Focalprice so you may get a better deal from them for the phone & case from amazon (FP had no cases).

However, amazon my be better if they cover the guarantee?

    FYI & Imho :)

  • I don't think that anything locally available is going to be significantly better than the S3.
You'd have to look to Chinese handsets. OPO is probably the pick of the bunch at yesterday's $US200 price.

Locally, maybe the Oppo R7 or Huawei P8 (if you can stretch) from DSE?
