7.6 GB Telstra $30 offer

Is this an amazing Telstra offer or am I missing something?

https://www.telstra.com.au/mobile-phones/prepaid-mobiles/pre…

7.6GB of Data, $700 calls, unltd messages, international credit, $30 telstra credit and roll over included.

Sounds like a great offer considering that most people rather need data than including messages or minutes.

What are your opinions?

I was momentarily tricked by the advertising as well. Coincidentally I just got a call from an Indian woman from Telstra "calling from Adelaide" (why do they bother lying??) who wanted to check I was getting the "best value" from my prepaid service. Told them I am happy with Cap Encore only to be interrupted with typical officious subcontinental brusqueness and told not to worry etc etc. Listening to the spiel grew tiresome and I eventually had to speak over the stupid woman and tell her I wasn't interested, then hung up. God I loathe Indian telemarketers.

    • I loathe the actual indian telemarketers too but dont forget there are actually a lot of indians working in call centres in Australia.

But if they're working for some drop-kick Telstra resaler call-centre, they will probably still be obnoxious and annoying….
