CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Woolworths Limited customers are offered the opportunity to provide feedback on their recent experience. Entry to survey is via email invitation, SMS invitation or an invitation printed on a purchased receipt. To recognise their effort in providing feedback, once they submit their survey, they are eligible to enter a monthly prize draw based on the month that their feedback was submitted.

2. Whilst each prize draw runs to a calendar month, in order to qualify entrants will need to complete the survey within the time specified on their email invitation, or if entering via an invitation on a receipt, within 14 days of their transaction (as printed on their receipt).

3. If entering the promotion from an invitation printed on a receipt, one completed survey is accepted per receipt and qualifies for one entry in the promotion.

4. Participants who do not meet the quota requirements of the survey for any reason will be screened out rendering them ineligible to complete and will therefore not be entered into the prize draw.

5. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged over 18. Employees and their immediate families of Woolworths Limited and Ipsos Australia Pty Ltd and any agencies associated with this research are ineligible to enter

6. Start date for the promotions run by calendar month from the period 04/08/2015 to 31/07/2016
