Props to The Good Guys in store and delivery service

Bought a De Longhi Nespresso machine online for $149 with the $50 cash back, bummed at missing out on the ebay deal. Had been to Preston but the helpful sales guy there said they had sold out.

Ordered online on Saturday night. On Sunday morning I had three missed calls from the delivery driver, advising me that it would be delivered Monday or Turesday. Today the driver rang me twice, first to say that he was in heavy traffic and would be there hopefully b/w 12 and 2 and then later on at 11:30am to say he would be there at approx 12, which was when the unit was delivered.

The machine itself was collected from Hoppers Crossing store. Fair drive from Ivanhoe so well worth the $10 delivery fee!

Just wanted to say great service both online and from the delivery driver Matt!!

    Yes, The Good Guys are great. They are now my 'go to' store for stuff. Staff are always friendly and never any issue with pick-up on one of the eBay %off sales.
    I use the one in Fountain Gate, Narre Warren.

    Each Good Guys store is different (store proprietors generally own half the store operation and operate it as their own business). The Chadstone store for example has been going down hill for quite a while. Very poor culture.

    Good Guys in Brighton are great, have bought a few things there and everything is efficient and staff are always friendly. Have had problems with dick smith and harvey norman that I would need to be desperate to go there. JB is good also but can get rude staff members occasionally.

      I agree, Brighton store is good on customer service/relations, Chadstone store unfortunately is not.

    Over in SA they're also great. Used the 99c delivery a few times and orders have been dispatched from Gepps X. Next day early delivery. No complaints whatsoever!

      What's 99c delivery? They charged me $50 for delivery of a fridge and when it was delivered, extra $25 for installing. It was purchased at Marion, SA. Having said that, the service was good and we were happy to pay.
