read my message. These guys are the worst.
Mine took 3 days. Ordered Monday evening after 8pm, shipped Wednesday and arrived Thursday.
Mine had an ETA of 5 days for delivery on a Monday but I was amazed to get it 2 days early when the courier delivered it on a Saturday morning.
Worst company ever. Beyond terrible.
Bought laptop in November as a Crissy present. Due for Delivery on December 3!
-> Hear nothing. Contact them and they say "Oops! Yeah… will be delivered December 17".
-> Wait for delivery. They never come, no consignment card. Contact them. "Oh but we were there! There was no one at home!". I was next to the door the whole day…
-> Contact them for redelivery. "Ok sure! Tomorrow?" Never come.
-> Contact them for delivery again. "Ok sure! Today?" Never come.
-> All 3 times through severely delayed messages they ask me to contact their distribution guys – TOLL. Each time they also gave me the WRONG number. So i'm doing research as to which number is correct and bouncing between teams within a different friggin company to tell them to deliver my package. Do I look like I'm their Customer Service grunt?! I oblige with no results.Still haven't received. Never buy from these incompetent fools. Never ever ever.
