LG G4 Owners (with Quick Circle Case)

Hi All,
I tried googling the answer to below but couldn't get anything, just wondering if anyone here can help as this is a popular phone on this site.

I have an ebay aftermarket quick case

My problem is that when the case if fully open. ie I have flipped the front cover fully behind the phone

The phone becomes inoperable. Only the time is shown.
I assume there is a way to change this setting but i cannot find it

    sounds like the magnet in the cover is really strong, so once folded back fully the phone thinks the cover is actually closed.

    you can disable quick circle features completely in settings, however then you will get a blank screen when do you have the cover closed.

    i got an ebay one, looked and felt so bad, asked for a refund and ended up throwing it out. also latest update over heated my lg g4 phone now it has trouble charging it keeps discounting then recounting anyone else have this problem?? I dont know what to do, might need a new battery

    Yep that's aftermarket for you. My gf had the same issue. She got got a genuine lg case and tha issue doesn't happen anymore. You will need to disable quick circle case setting or get a genuine lg case.

    does this case allow g4 to do wireless charging?
