      Dick Smith is trying to make it a veblen good. The more expensive it is, the better it must be.

      They should gold plate the gift card, give it a fancy name like DSE $50 Voucher: GoldMember Edition and then increase the price to $15,000, make the stock extremely limited, then do a midnight launch at one of their bigger stores and get Lindsay Handmer to come camp outside the store for 17 days prior to that launch and raise money for a charity.

      Should give them a much needed boost in popularity and share pricing.
