    The promotion code will only work during the above dates, if the red promotion tag does not appear when you use the code then either you are not using the correct dates or that particular fare cannot be discounted.

      Yes, I'm aware of that from your original post, thanks, but there should be detailed terms and conditions that came attached to the promo code which specify the exact start/end dates between which valid flights can be found and indicating any other conditions and exclusions that may apply. Some promo codes are only eligible for use by employees of certain companies/corporations or come with other restrictions, so it's always important to be aware of anything like that before booking.
