Use mates rate to get it for 89
Damn just missed out on it.
Just picked one up at Northland Vic. Still 2 left in the cabinet, just ask them if you can't find it as it's not with the other fitness stuff.
no panasonics in any of the Dick Smith stores on the Gold Coast.
no Sony 43inch TVs in any of the Dick Smith stores on the Gold Coast. For QLD I only see these in stock
4701, 4680, 4053, 4350, 4305yeah, pretty limited, I also looked at the samsung bluetooth speaker, but zero on the Gold Coast.
thanks for the effort though.
Bah, got excited for nothing, Panasonic 40" only available for click and collect -.- FML
edit: looks like the TH40CS650A is not a terribly great deal. Goes for ~$680 delivered on FleaBay
Are you sure about that? When I search for TH40CS650A or TH-40CS650A on ebay, it comes up with "0 listings", and then proceeds to list a lot of other models, eg TH-40C400A (which is a lot cheaper).
Yeah they are looking at the wrong model. The DSE one is 100hz native where as the other ones on Ebay are 50hz native. Also TH40CS650A has twin tuners and a bunch of other features.
Ahh, good, because I bought the TH40CS650A earlier today. Although it wasn't a mega bargain like some of the other TVs, it was also a lot newer the most of the clearance stock and more feature packed. I was pretty happy with the deal.
@youknow: I'm actually surprised it comes with a twin tuner!! that's awesome for a 40"
specs for the HP Envy (HP Envy 13-d006TU Intel i7 8GB RAM $1299) do not match what the website states.
Is this just a guide to whats available in store?as clicked on most says out of stock so how could you order online confused
Like I said stock is very limited, it's hit and miss for in stock but they are in stock in places
You must have to log in then and see?cause it it says out of stock when you click on page how do you know.
Also are these display models or new boxed as in tvs or in fact anythingI went through every main post code in Australia to find out :)
But when you click on your links it says out of stock right away unless its cause im using mobile
@bwatt99: Which item dude?
Its ok movile was not showing poct code search tried ipad but best things where gone a 50 pani was but not sure if good deal or even good tv for price or even if new boxed or display.
Other items i was looking at not in stock and others no interest@bwatt99: Yeah Never use mobile sites when it comes to shopping, they are crap
Picked up at Joondalup (WA)
Magellan 500 $79.98 = claim free HR monitor
one left, best to ring
Thanks OP top effort.
+2
Nothing around Melbourne or Western suburbs for that crappy rar soundbase. I think I'm done getting dicked around. Wasted to much time on them lately. Would rather buy from someone else.
This laptop seems the best value
http://www.dicksmith.com.au/laptops-notebooks/15-ac074tx-dsa…
MSY - $709
Good Guys - $949What "R5" graphics is in it? They should specify
It's probably one of the Radeon R5 M200 Series, which are all considered to be entry level options. In short, this isn't a gaming laptop, more of a entertainment / HTPC laptop.
Good enough for Minecraft?
yes, just no fancy graphics or highres texture mods though.
Not that great. Previous generation i5, no AC wifi. No way that thing is worth what Good Guys is charging.
Thanks OP, the Jabra Solemate @ $39 is a great price - http://www.dicksmith.com.au/speakers/jabra-solemate-black-ds….
Harvey Norman is selling it on "Clearance" @ $179.00 - http://www.harveynorman.com.au/jabra-solemate-bluetooth-musi…
Just done a Click n Collect from Chadstone on one of these. Hopefully they'll come through with the goods.
me too.
"Receive $15 when you spend $89 or more by entering the code EXTRA15 at checkout or receive $25 off when you spend $149 or more by entering the code EXTRA25 at checkout"
Thanks for the effort Trent.
These are all gradually starting to 404 on me.
Yep dick being the c—— they are and have now removed pretty much everything, I hope some got something
extra 15 doesnt work
404 galore.
The once in a lifetime Dick Smith whack-a-mole deals day!
I got the Panasonic this morning at Broadbeach :)
There was one more available at the time, but it may be gone now. There was also two LGs for the same price at that time. They may of course all be sold out, but worth ringing perhaps?
What pani did you get?
This one - Panasonic 40" FHD LED Smart 100z TV. It's a 40CS650A.
Is it an old tv and whats the cost of this in other places almost got one myself but never bothered
@bwatt99: I actually think it's this years model. A quick look around the net showed it usually sells for over $1000.
@Dan83: That TV is from the Panasonic Viera CS650 range which was released in Australia Mid May 2015 and the 40" had an RRP of $1699.
@Third_Gear: Yep, that's the one I got and is being referred to in the title.
@Third_Gear: DS normal price was $1200.
@Dan83: Have you tried gaming on it by chance? There isn't much info on this model… Does the TV have a game mode in the picture settings? Curious about input lag…
@Third_Gear: Yeah I was wondering about this too, as I want it for gaming (as well as other stuff), and also noticed there wasn't any info about input lag. Decided to have faith in Panasonic lol! I haven't set it up yet though. I'll have a look tomorrow morning if there is a game mode.
I got this TV too, haven't got the chance to open it but can confirm it has a game mode as per the manual
http://manuals.appliancesonline.com.au/public/manuals/Panaso…Not much info on input lag. Planning to use as a monitor, hopefully it won't disappoint!
To those who purchased this TV, can you please confirm what remote you got?
My TV came with this remote but it's missing the Apps button etc. Thanks
http://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/67818/35407/img_2015120…@Dan83: Let me know how you go during game play as I am curious what your thoughts are re: input lag.
@Mattwilko: Weird, mine has a Netflix button on it.
@Third_Gear: Yeah, haven't had the chance yet. Will try report back soon.
@Third_Gear: I set it all up and gave it a quick run. Good news is that there is a Game Mode, which seemed to make a noticeable difference. Having said that, I'm no expert, just a casual gamer, and it was an xbox 360 playing Halo 3: ODST.
@Dan83:
Yep took it back and got the right remote.. Good TV but connecting my Red/Black audio connectors to the Red/White connectors on the TV doesn't produce any sound…@Dan83: Thanks for reporting back - even if you were a casual gamer you would have noticed a high input lag because you would have been sitting there looking for it. So it sounds like it is a good set. Will pick mine up tomorrow.
@Third_Gear: Nice, hope you like it. I'm impressed with it so far.
Was it the pana 40 fhd 100h th40cs650a
Yes
There website said it was just over $300 odd off so with selling price could not have been $1200 that des sold for closer to the $900 mark, still a saving
@bwatt99: Yeah they had already dropped the price once before. He showed me the sheets behind the sale price.
ok so this was the second price drop, maybe I should have grabbed it wonder if it be less tomorrow, what about this price sheet anyone know what's on it,I bet there are a few things in store that's reduced but not listed as on clearance.
is it a 40" or 55" tv as I'm sure I noticed on site it said both these sizes?
@bwatt99: 40
Not sure if i seen the same lg as you but it was more is that not a better model
The two LG's that were available this morning were LG 40 lf6300. It was about $560 from memory. I thought the Pany seemed a better deal (100hz for example).
In my store the LG was $100 dearer
Yes your right leg was more in store I was in
Im not sure if its the same pani i seen was 100hz also but not sure what model it was how much are they elsewhere
damm missed it!
Guys, many of these items are still in stock in store. You just need to get the catalogue code from the link and walk in to DSE store to check for stock.
40" Pana and LG smart TVS ($539 and $569) still available in-store.
Is Withings Activite Pop good deal for $99? Any review on the same guys?
