As the title indicates, I've got an iPad (WiFi and Cellular) for my dad and was wondering of the current influx of prepaid simcards, which is pretty much the best deal?
He would only need data (and I assume these prepaid sims will work in this way) so I guess I'd be after the biggest data vs. lowest monthly cost, when making a choice. He is located inner city in Brisbane, so I assume all carriers should be fine. Can anyone help me make make a choice?
Would prefer prepaid, but would consider a decent postpaid deal, if the contract was 6-12 months only.
Thanks in advance!
I would personally suggest Telstra's tablet SIM on prepaid.

Depending on their circumstances, I'd go the $50 one or the $140 one. If they need way more data than that, perhaps other offers are better, but you're paying less than $9 per GB on the 2 year deal, and I think that's pretty good unless you use heaps. You also know that Telstra is likely to have coverage wherever you end up going with it.
However, you would need to work out their likely data usage before you can decide whether this is a suitable offer.
