Recommendation for Building Inspections and Conveyancing in Metro Sydney NSW

Hey guys,

I'm in the process of trying to buy a house and after a recommendation from someone who has dealt with a trustworthy company for building inspections. I'm reluctant to go with who the real estate agent suggests as I generally have a lot of difficulty trusting real estate agents.

Also, if anyone knows a decent conveyancer that doesn't charge through the roof that would be greatly appreciated also.

    Do not go with a conveyancer recommended by the agent. They are not independent and may not act in your interest.
