Entry is via a very easy quiz (you just select a 'yes' or 'no' answer for 10 questions. Doesn't take very long at all)

There are four prizes to be won for this competition. Each prize is a $250 grocery voucher plus the option to swap to a larger recycling bin for free. Each prize is valued at $280

To be eligible to enter this competition, a person must:

be a resident of the City of Brisbane (identified by postcode);
fully and legibly complete all the details on the official on-line competition entry form (including the online quiz);
not be an employee or contracted staff of the Promoter (Waste and Resource Recovery Services branch); and
be over the age of 18 or have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter the competition.

Winners will be randomly drawn by a Council Officer 10am on 2 December 2015. Winners of the prizes will be the first four eligible entries randomly drawn.
