Target eBay - Great Customer Service

A shout out to Target Ebay. Really great customer service.

Recently bought a whole lot of stuff from a few suppliers during the 20% Ebay sales.

Well Target was supposed to send me a XB1 with Fifa16 and they didn't. Initially I was pissed and asked them to do so. They said they had no Fifa 16 copies so instead are sending me a $100 coupon to compensate which is fair.

Response time: around 1 day email. For calls they said they would call me back in 1 day, and called back in 2. Not bad.

Overall happy with their responsiveness.

On my sh!list:

Microsoft - send me and a ton of other people standard editions of MGSV instead of collectors. Unresponsive in remediating the issue.
TPG - went 1 week without being able to receive any calls due to them… refuse to refund me… refuse to care. Worthless. Worst ISP

    Have had similar experience with Target, had a faulty Breville microwave took it back - processed the refund right on spot no questions asked.

    Wow, the game normally sells for ~$70! Kudos to them for the compensation.

    On the subject of Microsoft, purchased a Halo limited edition Xbox 1 controller on November 17. Still hasn't shipped. Called last Wednesday 25th and my concern was to be escalated - Microsoft to get back to me within 24-48 hours. No reply. Called again Friday 27th. Nfi. Advised again the matter would be escalated to the highest level and would receive a reply within 24-48 hours. Still nothing. Called again yesterday. Same story, blah, blah, blah. Talk about slack customer service. My patience is wearing thin. So much for gifting the controller. I suppose Christmas is coming up..

    Cut my legs off and call me shorty. No sooner had I posted my previous comment I just got a call from Microsoft. Person could not tell me when it would ship which is pretty poor. Offered me a $20 online voucher. I said what would stop me buying the same thing online and going thru the same drama. If they can't deliver the product they should withdraw it from sale. Really pisses me off that they still can't tell me whe it will ship. Waiting waiting…

    Wow, they dicked me around for nearly 2 weeks before they even posted my $1000 worth of xb1 and ps4 goodies, all i managed to get out of them was a measly $20 voucher.
    I get better service from hong kong sellers on ebay that have sold me a $1 item.

    Same issue, but with Mario Maker, got jacked when they wouldn't honour. They didn't even tell me they didn't send it out with my other items, completely tried to defraud me. Complete opposite experience in the end. Target eBay sucks.

    With regards to your TPG issue. Lodge a case with the TIO. I've had problems in the past with them and I've always got account credit. If they refused I reported to the TIO and you get a call from the complaints department who sort it out for you.
