Hi…just after some info…purchased the $10 3 month 5 gig plan fro Amaysim via CashRewards..first time doing this…have connected up and all working ok.How long does it usually take to receive the $35 back? Thanks

I'm in the same boat. Bought the $5 per month…as I am transitioning to optus. I am guessing you HAVE to activate the sim and then the $35 cashback will work?

I'm in the same boat, $35 was tracking. I sent cashrewards an email to chase up over a week ago, but no response, although now when I check my cashrewards transactions the amaysim one now says "Declined", with a red minus sign. It's the only cashback that I've had track successfully and then get declined. Furthermore, the amaysim store page is now deleted from the cashrewards site, it used to be here: http://www.cashrewards.com.au/amaysim , but it's gone now.
So, reading between the lines, I suspect that what happened may be that Amaysim agreed to pay these cashbacks, then reneged when the bill was due, so cashrewards dropped them because it was making their customers annoyed and generating complaints.
Yep - 4 months later and the $35 credit is still pending …. anyone actually get their credit on this?
Same… my estimated date of 5/April has come and gone and it still pending.
Mine got denied. Do a transaction enquiry and ask.
Is it still working even if cashrewards doesn't have the promo code on their website? How do you know the tracking worked?
