Hi. No, the price is for Domain only. By default, Chombo's DNS servers are set as most people use the $3.95 hositng (you can easily change these nameservers before registration, so you don't have to wait for re-propagation). You're free to point the domain to any nameservers you please though, so ZoneEdit.com etc is fine to manage your DNS

Correct. Chombo was acquired recently, the office/support centre will be located in Melbourne. The equipment is in a data centre in Brisbane where the company was previously located. The buyer of Chombo is SA based, so they registered the company in South Australia. :) With regards to Twitter, thanks for pointing that out, happy to fix that up.
that's a pretty good deal. I have mine hosted on a .info with http://www.procipher.com/ which was the cheapest at the time.
Their .net is $6.49 USD (7.32 AUD).
