Just discovered this deal on Reddit as a part of their Nuuvems Black Friday sales. There are a few games to be had at some crazy prices. Just tried it and works perfectly!

In order to get the CD Key you'll need to need a VPN or Hola (location to Brazil) should work as well.

How I did it.

  1. Download Tunnelbear as there is a a free 500mb trial.
  2. Register for Nuuvem and fill in the details.
  3. Turn on Tunnelbear and set your location to Brazil. Games are priced in Real.
  4. Add to cart, follow the prompts and pay by Paypal as usual.
  5. If all goes accordingly, you should be able to access your Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zero key from your "My Games" section.

And for those a bit worried about their Steam accounts. Nothing to be worried about since it is a CD key.

    This worked for me but the same method didn't work for dying light. Anyone able buy dying light for 9usd?

      Try buying Dying Light without the vpn.

        Without the VPN, I can't even get past checkout:

        Attention: Some products in your cart seem to be unavailable in your country

        With the VPN, I get to PayPal login then I disable the VPN to enter my details but then it fails after.

    Yeh, got ground zeroes, but dying light does'nt work, with or without VPN :(
