LG G4 current best deal for Australian stock?

It's time to renew my mobile plan. Would this be a good deal for Australian Stock?:

Telstra LG G4 Outright and Unlocked: $744
- $240 off selected outright phones with applicable mobile plan with Minimum 12 month period.
+ Small BYO $35 GoMobile ($300 calls, 500MB, unlimited Text)

Total $804 with an unlocked aussie stock LG G4 and 12 months of everything I need calls/text/data-wise.

What are your thoughts? Anything better out there at this stage with an Aussie LG G4?

    is it worth spending nearly twice as much as a grey import just for Australian stock? keep in mind Australian stock will be on the very slow train for updates.

    Wait for another eBay sale or the like and grab one from qd_au or kogan for under $500.

    if you want the H815T model (for Optus 2300mhz 4G), that is another story.

    That's a good point however I'm not 100% sure how fun the warranty follow up would be if there's a problem, that's why I want to stick with Aussie stock.
    As the phone cost would only be $504 outright it seems like a fairly good deal (due to the fact I need to renew my phone plan anyway). I know there is better plans around for $25 or less, however willing to do this for 12 months to have the unlocked G4 to use overseas also - and unlimited texts is the winner for me.

    Question is, any better/cheaper way to get an Aussie stock unlocked G4 than this?
