That seems strange, as you have online entry. So really, by entering online, the entrant isn't actually agreeing to those terms, making them pointless!
In theory, someone could enter as many times as they want online, using the same details (or even fake purchase details), and because they haven't actually agreed to the terms of the competition, you couldn't ask them for proof of purchase and they could legitimately deny even knowing they had to provide it. They could also enter many many times off just 1 purchase, and you couldn't deny them the win if they couldn't provide proof.
May want to re-think that strategy…
