    Hi Pig…

    There can be a few reasons that offer greater benefits for our customers, one of those reasons being, is that we provide the level 1, 2 and 3 support as well as us who own and manage the infrastructure. Microsoft owns and manages the infrastructure to but only provides little to no support unless a support plan is purchased.

    An example of the support we provide is only the other week a lady who started her own consulting business didn't know how to setup Exchange in Outlook so we shadowed her computer session for her and went through it over the telephone.

    Secondly the email account with us are hosted here in Australia and are not subjected to being viewed (snooped on) by Governments from other counties as Microsoft can be required to provide any data/emails to their authorities back in America for example.

    Plus you will always know that your email accounts will only be hosted here in Australia and never hosted in another country (like Singapore).
