Was on the lookout for some reasonably priced steel cap boots. Had my eye on these currently stocked at BigW for $119 found them on COTD for $49.99 plus delivery of $9.99 = $59.98. Model no: K27255 tried them on in BigW and they are comfortable fit.
You're not going to find Olivers for fifty bucks though.
For tradies who wear their boots everyday it's worth spending the extra for a good pair.
yep. and get two pairs to wear on alternate days so they can air out properly
My Mongrel steel cap work boots were $55. I'm no expert on work boots, but I'd say they're probably better than these boots.
Dunlop steel cap boots $49 regular price at Masters, black and fawn available. Also some clearance (mainly size 12) safety boots at $30.
Bought a pair of this at $50 with the Visa check out last time.Been wearing this last few days and it is way better than the Aldi's $30 boots and just minor differences in feel compare to the Magnum Stealth force which I paid $150/for.The only major difference between the Magnum and King Gee was the Magnum has much better leather outer.But with weight and comfort in comparision and it is only minor. So I consider for $40 shipped after the Visa checkout's $20 discount, it is a steal and I'm buying another pair.
Worst work boots I have ever had - holes and loose fit with little ankle support within 6 months. Probably fine for weekend warrior cheap option though. Oliver's all the way
