Good price but playing Fallout 4. No time for other ones.

    • Remind me in 400 hours to buy Star Wars.

You meant 400 playing hours I am sure.

They're one and the same right?

        • Depends if you sleep in the bed in the game to replenish your HP or not.

Same price at Casula Costco. Picked it up yesterday. For those wondering and never purchased from Costco, they will give you a sealed copy of the game when you pick it up

Love Star Wars games but sorry for the bad timing of release.

    • They had to release now though, with all the hype of the new movie it's the best time.

    A huge fan of Battlefront 1 & 2. Loved Battlefield 3, disliked Battlefield 4, meh'd @ Hardline.

This game is bad IMO. I can't believe how badly they have messed it up. They've ruined the magic of the original Battlefront and DICE should never be given such a huge IP again. A huge shame Pandemic Studio's closed down; they were behind the original Battlefront games and Mercenaries. If Pandemic Studios was given the IP, they would have done amazing wonders.

In comparison, Battlefront (2015) has 12 land maps while Battlefront 2 had 18 land maps and 13 space maps. Battlefront 2 had a campaign, galactic conquest and instant action. Battlefront (2015) has TDM, objective-based TDM, TDM, objective-based TDM and empty Hero servers.

Battlefield 4 is okay. I at least enjoyed every dollar of $99 paid.
Hardline is just a joke. The most expensive "DLC" ever released.

      • To this day, I still consider Hardline as a DLC that could have been released for Battlefield 4.

I'm in the same boat as you, huge fan of the first and second battlefront and was really looking forward to this one until I played it. It's completely style over substance! The first time you play the game you are mesmerised by the graphics and sound, and you will be for the first few hours. Until you realise there's nothing else to the game what so ever. What a let down.

It's just that. It's run, shoot, die. That's all it is. There is no story, no sense of accomplishment. Once the game dies off, it's not going to be playable (except for the "missions") as matches need a certain amount of people to start. So disappointed.

    • Battlefront is very COD.

Focus on infantry - armour is minimal.

If you like COD you'll like Battlefront. If you hate COD (like I do) you will hate Battlefront.

Cannot believe you are limited to 1 minute in walkers but flyboys can fly all round…

there is a shortage of titles for ps4 and Xbox 1 for younger kids, so putting Star Wars in it seems to make shooting more palatable for parents eg halo shooting aliens is ok, shooting other people is not ok. bought my 9 year old an Xbox one and there are not many games for young kids on Xbox 1 or ps4 …… so Star Wars is an easy sell.

    • Xbox One is now doing backwards compatibility. There are a few Xbox 360 digital games that can be played on the Xbone.

  • The DLC for this game is $50…….

    • In some regions, the DLC costs MORE than the base game.

    • The season pass on AU PSN is $75.95
Where can you get it for $50?

      • It's USD$50 in the USA, USD$60 here on Origin. PSN will have different prices.
