Whenever I use the search function on OzB, I am always wanting to find the latest bargain for a particular item/store….which means that I always have to flick the 'sort' method over to "date", instead of "relevance".
I'm sure most people want to see the top results as the latest deals for their search term (at the cost of some accuracy, perhaps).
Is it possible to make "sort by date" the default instead of relevance?

Change the search option to date or whatever you want the default as, then click 'save' with the floppy disk icon. That will update your default search options to whatever sort, type and category options you have selected. Image:

Should probably change the icon to something other than floppy. People just have no idea these days…

Most ppl are condition to see that floppy to mean save since they used microsoft software like word, or other third party software..
If u you change it, I think ppl would get more confused..
