  • price came up as $295 delivered plus one set of recipe books,

Will this be the same price for everyone? I often wonder about these advertorials where you have to call to get the price. Never know if the price is the same or they just pluck a figure depending on how savvy the caller seems.

    • Will this be the same price for everyone?

      doubt it…

they might offer you some steak knives though…

      • I'm guessing that once you blend the steaks though you don't really need the knives??

        • What about throwing in some Tai Bo video for a good workout?

          @eatwell365:

All of Billy Blanks' videos are now on Youtube it appears…

  • I'd be surprised if it's not, I just called out of curiosity as I already have one, guy called me back started his sale talk I cut him short & said give me the price then he said $295 (or to be exact $294.20 I think) I was like oh that's good lol

  • Sounds about right, given they're advertising as 'buy one get one free' - RRP is $249, the extra $50 or so would be postage ($25ish per unit).

    • Yeah he mentioned $30 postage is included in the price, was going to point out rrp is $249 but didn't bother as wasn't buying

  • Oh I was expecting you to say $295 was a ridiculous price. But then again you are buying blender that infers it uses artificial intelligence to blend things (obviously, how did those other dumb blenders ever cope).

    • Diji1 like any product there's cheap options n expensive, you get what you pay for, have used it for over 6months & really tested it to the limit no chance a cheap blender will do the same job especially with frozen fruits ice etc, at just under $150 each it's a good deal, it's more convenience then anything quick n easy to clean, each to there own what they want to pay for a blender

It's amazing how we trained ourselves to never think we would ever get a real value deal from late night TV infomercials and then something like this comes along to mess up our decision-making processes.

  • Do all the IQ Ninjas come with the recipe book or is this a special offer? It seems like the Good Guys one comes with a recipe book as well. Anyone know if the Harvey Norman and Dick stock does?

    • Dick Smith stock did, though wouldn't really call it a "book" (thin covers like the manual, but in colour). One 30 recipe guide & one other small guide with a few extra recipes.

    • The recipe books I saw on the infomercial where different from what you get in store when you buy

  • It probably does. I got one from bing Lee and it came with recipe booklet. Nothing special

  • Thinking about getting one of these kind of blenders. Does anyone know how these compare with Nutribullets?

    • better in almost every way. nutribullet is underpowered, and build quality is poor

  • It's CPU is a neural-net processor… a learning computer

Thanks OP just ordered this deal :)

  • Does anyone in Canberra want to go halves?

  • If you're desperate for two of them you can buy two for $292 from the good guys through the 20% off ebay promotion & 3% cash rewards promotion. Most people would just buy the one for $146.
