  When you place an order it's just above the green 'Place Order' button, 'Coupon Code (optional)', tap that and it will give you a text field.

      At least in Android app, you select some food from a restaurant, then click top right on the shopping cart, toward the bottom of the shopping cart is 'Coupon Code (optional)'
