Returns and Cancellation Policy of Harvey Norman Online

Was looking at the cancellation / returns policy of Harvey Norman Online

Number 18 of this document says they have a 14 day change of mind returns policy http://www.harveynorman.com.au/terms-and-conditions/

Has anyone had experience with this?
What would happen if I order online, pick up in-store and then want to return the unopened item or if I order online and then request cancellation prior to pick up?

Online chat was not sure and promised to get back to me via email

    There was no issues with cancelling online order prior to pick up from my experience.

    I cancelled an online order (I don't remember if it was for pickup). The cancelled and refunded.

    For Harvey Norman online. invoice is only issued once goods are picked up.
    HN are franchise stores - some shops are better than others. I would like to think no problem for asking for refund.
