Hi All. Just wondering with all the sales around i should replace the dead 32" tv in the bedroom.
Can anyone suggest some decent ones under $500?
I use it for a hour a day or so and it is usually to stream youtube for the kids.

Do you know if it's any good? The website doesn't really say much and not want ing to play the cripple card, I'm currently incapacitated in bed awaiting spinal surgery in 2 weeks time… I really can't leave the house.
Sorry Pigsy3. I don't know much about this TV, but thought the price was good for a 32 inch LED TV.
You can get a 42 inch on special these days. Other than how the room looks and placement, I would go as big as possible. I don't agree that bedrooms should have small screens. A 65 inch at the end of the bed would be what I would be looking at, but if $500ish must be the limit a big Chinese job could be considered.
Problem is the wall bracket I have is for 32, it should go up to 42 from memory.
Samsung UA324100 is down to $399 at Dick Smith. $50 off till midnight tonight with discount code WONDER50. Rtings website suggests it is good for watching sport or playing games, but has poor judder with movies. And it is only HD (not full HD), like most other base model 32 inch tvs (e.g. the Soniq from JBHiFi).
I am looking for the Lg 32LF6300 for the $500 mark.
It is currently at $519 at Myer - delivered.
It has all the bell and whistles. So it might work for you.
