Might want to cruise around to a Telstra store, they're still offering them for plans and (probably) outright sales too, but I'm not sure on prices.
I suggest buying a iPhone 6 on a plan it ends up being quite a bit cheaper. Either that or search eBay for a used/near new iPhone 6.
The iPhone 5S came out in 2013 good luck finding a brand new one.
At least with a iPhone 6 you'll probably have some warranty left.

There's heaps and heaps of brand new Iphone 5s out there… hell they're still being put into sub $50 a month plans.
I stand corrected optus still has a 32GB 5S on a plan for $58 a month.

DO NOT buy the 16GB. It is completely useless if you want to have apps or photos or music.
