          Got a call today from MS from a different assistant, regarding my order saying there's problems processing. This is getting confusing over one game.

          Don't know why a different person is contacting me when there is already someone looking after the case.

          Got another call from the usual guy, now he says that specific game I'm buying has problems processing in the system blahblah.

          What are you guys gonna spend the voucher on?

          Yeah I used my voucher on the controller again, still being processed. I'll probably end up getting a phone call from MS again.

          Oh well, if it doesn't work this time round I'll give it a bit more time before I reorder.

  • So after talking with someone in Dallas, TX (whatever happened to having a local call centre??) my first order I placed which was not fulfilled due to not being processed in their system properly? - My money was taken, lol.

    I was told yesterday that the order cannot be fulfilled, and will be fully refunded. Sure, I'm OK with that. Over night, I received 2 emails, one with a $30 discount code, the other stating that the un-fulfilled order was processed, and here's my tracking no. Checking online this morning, it's on board for expected delivery today! Have my doubts that it's the actual CE I've ordered, I guess time will tell in a few hours.

    Re: the 2nd order. I've sent back the wrong game (the base variation of the game - NOT the Day One Edition, and definitely NOT the Collectors Edition). The customer service guy said on the phone that he would "definitely try to make it right", unsure if the $30 discount code is meant to sweeten the deal, it came from someone else at M$.

    I've written back this morning to him, explaining that on the day of the 17th when I made my purchases that the items were considerably discounted, meaning that I may not have purchased items based upon their normal RRPs, so the $30 discount code is really non-meaningful given the items are now fully priced at full RRP.

    Post back when I know more…

      I think that's the case for everyone that ordered around that time, as I'm having the same problem too which means I have to call up about it.

  • Odd thing about that, I placed 2 orders within minutes of each other

    The first, I paid expedited express shipping, and this order has taken over a week to process. Went from being told it was unable to be fulfilled and they were cancelling it, to getting an email saying it had shipped, and it arrived just now.

    The second, I took the free postage option, and it took a couple of days to arrive.

    I've now got to go through the process of getting a return arranged for this item as it's once again, wrong.

    They sent the standard game, with a delivery docket stating it was Day One.

    Question for anyone who may have opened their products, is it in fact the Day One Edition? I'm 99.99% sure it's not. There's no labelling on the front or back of the game box, and nothing stating any additional content, etc.

    I had a guy call, and arranged the return of 1/2 of my orders, and that he'd "make things right", but nothing. I even went a full day where I'd written them with updates, and nothing back. This was yesterday morning, but nothing since.

    • Whats their email address? I called them 2 days ago they said they'd email me but nothing.

  • Their customer service is crap. I put in a request on Tuesday and have got nothing back from them.. Think the paypal resolution will be the only way forward.

  • I called them a few times. The last time I called they said that the issue has been elevated to management to find a solution and they will email everyone when they have a solution.

  • So far, I've received a $30 code to use in their store, and when I suggested the purchases were made on a day when a sale was on, the $30 was a bit poor.

    They've now offered me an additional $50 code, and a full refund on the two games + postage paid.

    Down side, the codes cannot be used together, they have to be used on separate transactions.

    They have suggested that the games will come into stock, but they have no idea when that might happen…

    I'm considering asking for a full refund on 1 game, and leaving 1 game on back order.

    • i haven't heard from microsoft except for a single email saying they are still looking into it….

      can't believe how badly they are managing this… you would think someone would make a call on it and at least let people know what they are doing (if anything)….. if they are going to come back in stock at least tell us… even if they don't have an eta atm … still tell us….

  • Ordered horizon 2 and MGS CE and of course got the standard Ed for Metal Gear. Called them to process a return and still waiting on a prepaid delivery slip, they said the email should arrive in 15mins to 24 hours it's been 2 days called again and they are doing the same thing…

  • Microsoft emailed me saying that they're still looking into it.

  • They said they would send me the MGSV collectors edition if i wait 2 weeks. They said it's the last copy?! But no voucher code.

  • I have serious doubts they'll get a replenishment of stock. They'd have to be coming from the Dev's themselves, as the item was an EB Exclusive.

    Still, if they get more stock, I'd be happy to re-buy it. In the mean time, I'll take my money and run. I'll use the store credit to grab Tomb Raider.

  • After some back and forth with Microsoft they said that they will not be making any more collector's editions and the only thing they can do is give the $30 coupon and refunds.

      no one's gonna get their game, and the voucher is pointless when they're not honouring the sale and ship out the game.

      This is the third time I made an order, funny after successfully checking out it says "your order should be processed within the next 1-2 hours."

    • The one I got lasts 90 days. I'm not sure if they're all the same though.

  • Final follow up, I got my money back, plus a $75 promo code.

    Ended up purchasing Tomb Raider for $24.95 and moving on. I didnt lose out in the end, they were nice enough to do that for me.

    As an added bonus, the first $30 code they sent me…. was still valid, so I scored State of Decay for free :)

    Would have liked the actual Collectors Edition, but thems the breaks, I got 2 games DIRT cheap.
