I could use with some help, I ordered a Razer Blackwidow Chroma RGB Gaming Keyboard….they sent me the cheaper, worse edition one which is Razer BlackWidow Tournament Edition Chroma, I have emailed them and they have said its the same item and same SKU!??? I took a picture of the SKU number and its different on the item they sent me.
no its not the same there is massive difference between the two and the fact one is cheaper then the other.
anyway I need some help should they pay for return fees? as it is their mistake they sent the wrong item I even have proof like pictures and stuff I sent them and tried to explain why its different then the one i ordered but im waiting for a reply at this moment

Update: I have sent the item back on the 20th. It is now the 28!! im still waiting for my refund. this is becoming very annoying
How did you pay them? If via Credit Card or PayPal, lodge a dispute with your bank or PayPal.
