Hi
So I ordered a game from BIGW and they sent me two copies. I double checked my bank and only one game was charged. I tried emailing them about the order but no reply. Should I just leave it or go into the shop to return it? Karma?

You have well and truly fulfilled your obligations by notifying them of the error.
The time cost for both you and BigW to arrange a return is probably not worth the effort for them, and certainly not for you.
If you have emailed Big W regarding this oversight, and you have retained a record of your communications with them, you have legally performed your duties in attempting to make an arrangement in rectifying this situation.
The fact that Big W has not responded to your query, in part brings the matter to a close (after a certain allowable period of time). After this time has elapsed, it would make sense for you to deal with that property as you see fit.
return it and GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
Keep the 2nd copy sealed up for now and wait for their reply, as above you have performed your obligation to attempt to rectify the situation. If it really bothers you take it back into a store, but I suspect that could just make it more confusing.
When on line shopping was still quite new, I received somebody elses' order along with mine- didn't know until I started to check off the goods against my invoice, after the driver had left. I immediately rang Woollies Head Office to see if the driver could come back to pick up the other order ( there was no invoice for it , otherwise I would have contacted the people myself )They were not interested, told me that they would not beable to pick it up & take to the correct person because of health & safety issues - therefore, to keep it or dispose of + I would receive free delivery on my next order for the inconvenience!!
This was for an order that I estimated to be worth over $100 - so, keep what we wanted, I did & the rest we gave away to friends & neighbours.
No wonder food prices are going up so dramatically - with such negligence at store level.
If you do your due diligence in emailing and hear no response, I'd open it a fortnight afterwards.
My willingness to do the right thing has eroded significantly since DSE sent me two TVs; the order was months late in dispatch and then their office abused me when I advised they'd shipped two. If faced with the same situation again I wouldn't persist after the "you have no idea what you're talking about, why on earth would two be sent to you if you ordered only one" line came up.
return it and get the refund lololol
Flog it cheap on OzBargain? Do us all a favour, we are all friends after all.
I might do that actually. Its NBA 2K16 on PS4.
Yes. Karma and "paying it forward" says yes.
