Not sure if it means when you spend $100 you only pay $70, or that you can get $130 worth of stuff for $100.

Go to DFO (Homebush - Sydney) - jeanswest is giving 2 jeans for $100. There's also a store called Factorie there which has nice fitted t-shirts for $5! Couldn't believe that price - like nice deep v-necks with a few buttons. I think they had a few different colours like white, black, blue, and then striped black and white, and striped dark blue and white. They have other good stuff too at dirt cheap prices.
