The mounting ring mechanism seems to be a bit of a worry. If you were to mount it in your car vent like in the picture, it seems to me that it might be quite difficult to remove!
Never really been a fan of the vent mounts.
I prefer window suction TBH.
Each to their own but if the window mounts are stuck on properly they wont fall off.
The vent mount can possibly break the vents or sag.
Make your own decision but at this price can always give it a go.

Great price, but vents aren't made for gripping, pushing, pulling. Replacing vents in modern cars is a small nightmare.
I've had several $10-20 'decent' glass mounts break in some way. Don't trust anything at this point.
