I use Firefox on my lappy and pin the tab so I can get to it easily whenever I want.
Mobile site bookmarked on the home screen.
iPad and on home screen.
I have it bookmarked and added to homescreen on mobile firefox with a black background and white text extension on an amoled screen.
Most of the ozbargain apps released so far are really just wrapper apps (a webview wrapped around the Ozb website). It's essentially the same as launching your mobile web browser and navigating to the ozbargain.com.au
Suffice to say they take very little effort to make and it shows through user reviews and the actual user experience. Some actually charge money for the app and some put ads in it, so avoid using them whenever possible.
TLDR none of the mobile apps are actually as good as the mobile site
