    Thanks OP.

At least you won't loose it in the dark.

    • +6

I saw it in the Herald Sun, but happy to update if necessary…

        • +18

Believe what you want, but the only time I ever go on buckscoop is when someone references it in a deal on here.

        • +8

C'mon eastern, lets give him the benefit of the doubt

        • +3

I know that the theearth was an epic contributor, but is crediting posters of competitor site really necessary? (Not a rhetorical question)

          Edit: oooh you're online! waves

Edit again: You should come back to OzB. Brush dat dirt of yo shoulder!

        • +2

It doesn't make sense to you doesn't means people can't see it in newspaper or advertising. The code is HERALD13 not THEEARTH. Same as OP, I only check buckscoop when people credit to him.

        • +6

I believe johnno1987. No need to credit somebody if the OP didn't even see the post.

        • Coincidences happen. No need to doubt anyone's integrity.

        • Who really cares? Buckscoop is the poor mans ozbargain, anyway.

        • Agreed. Buckscoop is so povo. Every time I go there none of the deals have any comments, it's a ghost town. Anybody who would give up OzBargain for that site is pissing in the ocean (i.e pointless)

        • @johnno1987:

Copyright stuff is kind of like capitalism's ownership.
It's create conflict easily, like this respond
I reckon money isn't the only thing that corrupt people but the recognition also corrupt people to motivate them to get most of it. Like to get most voted bargain / most + voted comment, how bad the comment if you got most of the neg.

Sometimes it's better to be open source like linux.
I understood your frustration EC as I once like you.

But, rather than wasting time & money on conflict like a typical lawyer suing each otherlike what most big tech do now, why can't we just spend our valuable time to focus on improvement /deelopment (Discuss the item quality to not mislead the other OZBers)

        • +1

@rodinthink: If you care so much about getting credit for a cheap bag and what strangers on the internet think about you, you should probably reevaluate your life decisions that have lead you to this point.

        • @Orpheus:

But at the same time without that motivation of recognition/badge I reckon most people like TA or EC or Trent etc won't even bother to post the bargain.

People primitively/naturally selfish and very self-centered. If there is no "benefit" gained, It's really hard for them to share. Except in a very few case

  • Thanks heaps, was looking for one of these!

  • Good price, I got a no brand one from china for $25

      Cool story bro

  • It states $99 on the website. Does it mean when i put in the HERALD13 code, the price will come down to $29.70 + shipping.
    Thanks

    • +1

yes once you sign in and at checkout you can put in the code

      • Thanks !!

  • How did you calculate $29.70 Delivered ?

  • +1

Wow, awesome price. I have seen these in camera stores for over $200.

I bought this same bag recently from COTD for $100. It's very nice and fits a heap in (even my Sigma 150-600 C).

One of the belt straps snapped. I contacted COTD to request a new one and have mine returned. They told me to keep it and sent out a new one! Clearly they have too many! I was considering selling my new unopened one to make some money and keep the one without the belt strap, but going on these prices I don't think it will be worth much.

  • Oh got it.

  • Good price but it's too big for me.

  • Thanks johnno1987. Ordered one ! fantastic. I was looking for this for a while waiting for an Ozbargain price !!
