According to http://www.digitallook.com/index/ASX_200, the ASX200 shareprice has risen from 5126 (Nov 12 2015) to 5920 today. IE 15.5% up. BHP is today $27.17 up 35%, but their dividends were not as high as many others in ASX200. Eg. in 2016 BHP divs were 1.4%, then 2017 3.5%. They are below average for ASX200 (poss 4.6% from memory?) so basically no biggy. You made an estimated extra 6.5% p/a thus far by picking a risky stock over an average guess??
The original problem was you made assertions of a sure thing in stockmarket advice. Still glad you won the gamble.
