Have purchased a couple of games from these guys, key delivery is immediate and is done through your profile on the site, you click the order then simply click "get code".
Around about 50 orders over the last few years. They work off UK time, so you may receive your key in the evening on the 1st at the latest.

My PC (MSI GTX 970/i5 4590/16GB) is hooked up to my TV with my consoles (sacrileges, I know lol).
Nothing like sinking several beers on a Friday afternoon on my reclined lounge playing PC. :)
Look into streaming options from the PC to your couch/tv.

I just use a long HDMI cable personally. But playing PC on the couch with a controller is awesome.

Anyone else having issues adding it to cart?
I'm using Chrome, whenever I click add to cart, it takes me to my cart, but there's nothing in there.
I sent the link to my partner and he is saying the the website is refusing to accept his payment.
Tried again just now and it worked. Used PayPal to pay, no issues. Facebook discount was easy to obtain.

You can ask for a refund. Since it's a pre-order, refunds have always been possible.

I've requested a refund, they say that I must refund all games purchased in the same transaction (3 all up around 99USD) I seriously don't even like the other 2 games so if I get 99 USD returned to me i'll be the happiest boy on earth.
However their website states that there's a 3 month period for returns to card and later than that we get credit.
You've now taught me never to buy more than one game per transaction just in case I want to return one but not the others!!
@FrankMcFuzz: Well you can probably just buy them back again, even save your data and save files.
The only problem being sale prices and currency devaluation.
