So, JB is selling Fallout 4 for $59, I'm currently playing Rise of the Tomb Raider (if you liked the last one, get it), once I finish it I'm gonna start on Witcher 3 but I want something to alternate with.
So question is, do you think Fallout 4 will get more expensive before it gets cheaper?

Most games follow this trend, unless its an absolute flop. It benefits the multiplayer games the most, people pick it up cheap, enjoy it then tell their friends to get it so they can multiplayer, owe but its now $99, but all my friends are playing it so I must pay this inflated price.
yes it will go to probably around $69 or $75 and then eventually come down to $50 in 6 months. That is the trend with most of the games.
