Same thing happened on my 1st try. One has to add to cart then select view cart to key in the coupon before checking out. It would be much better if the coupon code is in the checkout steps instead.

I didn't proceed with the order after I saw the non-discounted price at Paypal page. Had to redo the transaction. That's when I found I have to go to View Cart to enter the coupon code.

Have to say, PC Byte and their rep Francesca here provide exceptional service. Last time I bought a card from them and forgot to apply the voucher code, and they sent through a partial refund on Paypal to bring the price down to the voucher-applied price level.
