sometimes its just package damaging
I only drop in there every now and again, but I've never had anything that doesn't taste right. A damaged box or close to best before date maybe, but I've never had anything burnt etc. Then again, I find that the one closest to me has a fair bit of their stock priced above supermarket specials (when it doesn't have specials like this).
Wonder what was wrong with them to go to the factory seconds shop.
Havent had any good experiences with food bought at Sara Lee factory Outlet its either burnt tastes weird compared or something else wrong.
Yes been there many times and yes have staff discount card even with discount its still is not worth it , you are better off buying saleable quality at supermarket
